Rowan Alawi, Founder & CEO, is a construction tech entrepreneur with a background in Mechatronics Engineering, product management, and venture building. Before founding Trase, she worked at Freightos, a global freight technology company that later went public on NASDAQ, and co-founded Amal. She has been recognized internationally for her work in construction innovation and leads TraseтАЩs strategy, product, fundraising, and expansion.

Hady Elborolocy, Co-founder & COO, brings extensive experience in construction and project delivery, having worked with leading contractors across the region. His expertise spans project execution, operations, and digital transformation. Together, the founders combine deep construction expertise with enterprise SaaS, AI, and product leadership to modernize construction across the MENA region.
