Faster construction
lower operational energy consumption
lower carbon footprint
Solution Overview
for
Traditional construction remains highly dependent on manual, fragmented and on-site processes, resulting in longer construction times, material waste, variable quality and limited predictability in costs and schedules. Buildings also account for significant energy consumption throughout their lifecycle, making thermal efficiency increasingly critical. At the same time, the industry faces the challenge of improving working conditions and upgrading construction trades through safer, lighter and more technical tasks. TAO addresses the need to shift from an improvised, resource-intensive model toward an industrialized construction process that brings engineering, precision and quality control into the building system while reducing environmental impact and improving execution on site.
Our Solution:
TAO is an industrialized SIP building system for walls, roofs and floors. Each project is engineered before production, translating architectural designs into a precise construction kit. SIP panels are manufactured in our facility using structural OSB boards bonded to a high-density EPS insulating core, then cut, identified and prepared according to the project. The kit includes not only the panels, but also the components required for assemblyтАФtimber connectors, fasteners, adhesives, membranes and a project-specific installation manual. This approach transfers complexity from the construction site to a controlled industrial environment, reducing uncertainty, waste and execution errors. On site, trained installers assemble the pre-engineered components through a faster, lighter and more predictable construction process.
How it works:
TAO goes beyond manufacturing SIP panels: we industrialize the building process as an integrated system. Each architectural project is engineered, optimized and transformed into a customized, ready-to-assemble kit, combining factory-cut and identified panels with all components required for installation. This integration reduces on-site decisions, waste and execution variability while improving quality and predictability. Our model combines advanced materials, engineering, controlled manufacturing and installer training, making the technology replicable across different regions and projects.

Impact & SDGs
Contribution to any of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth – TAO upgrades construction trades through continuous training and a more industrialized process. Installers perform lighter, safer and more technical tasks, improving working conditions while developing skilled local workforce.
SDG 9 тАУ Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure – TAO industrializes construction by integrating engineering, advanced materials, prefabrication and factory quality control. Our pre-engineered kits reduce on-site variability and bring greater precision, productivity and predictability to building.
SDG 11 тАУ Sustainable Cities and Communities – TAO enables faster, energy-efficient and scalable buildings through an industrialized system adaptable to different projects and climatic conditions, contributing to more efficient, resilient and sustainable built environments.
SDG 13 тАУ Climate Action – TAO reduces the environmental impact of construction through energy-efficient building envelopes, optimized material use and industrialized production. Our system can achieve an 85% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional construction.
