Solution Overview

for

Public owners / contracting authorities, Private developers, General contractors

Construction projects are hard to keep visibility on. Progress lives across scattered, conflicting sources тАФ plans, chats, site photos, spreadsheets тАФ so no one has a single, reliable picture of what’s actually happening on site. Staying on top of schedules, resolving issues, and verifying real progress still depends on someone physically being there, which means delays surface late, when they’re already expensive to fix.

Our Solution:

Spybee is a cloud-based digital twin of the construction project. Using accessible hardware тАФ drones, 360┬░ cameras, and real-time cameras тАФ we capture what’s actually happening on site and turn it into high-quality orthophotos, 3D point clouds, and navigable 360┬░ imagery, so teams can inspect the project remotely instead of traveling to site.
We then layer that reality-capture data over the project schedule. This lets us generate automated reports that show, objectively, whether each part of the job is ahead or behind plan and by how much тАФ turning raw site data into decisions.
On top of this, Spybee gives teams a simple but powerful way to log issues, RFIs, and daily activities, keeping everyone тАФ from the field to the office тАФ working from the same source of truth.

How it works:

Most tools do one thing: either they capture the site (drones, 360┬░ cameras) or they manage the plan (schedules, task lists). The site data and the schedule live in separate places, and reconciling them is still manual work.
Spybee fuses the two. We take reality-capture data and layer it directly onto the project’s schedule and activities, then use AI to automatically determine what’s delayed, what’s underway, and what’s done. By connecting the as-planned and as-built worlds in one place, we turn scattered visual data into an objective, always-current read on project status тАФ giving construction companies a far tighter grip on where the project really stands.

Impact & SDGs

Contribution to any of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 8 тАФ Decent Work and Economic Growth Spybee boosts productivity in construction, one of the largest employers in Latin America, by automating manual progress tracking and reducing rework. This lets skilled workers focus on higher-value tasks and helps projects тАФ and the businesses behind them тАФ grow more efficiently.

SDG 9 тАФ Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure Spybee brings AI, reality-capture hardware, and digital-twin technology to one of the world’s least digitized industries, helping build infrastructure like hospitals, roads, and housing more efficiently while modernizing the construction sector itself.

SDG 11 тАФ Sustainable Cities and Communities Spybee is deployed on the infrastructure cities depend on тАФ hospitals, roads, and housing at scale тАФ helping these projects finish on plan and reducing the delays and cost overruns that hurt growing communities.
Main impact areas
Productivity / cost efficiency, Quality & defects reduction
