Solution Overview

for

Public owners / contracting authorities, General contractors, Subcontractors / trades

Tower cranes lack real-time operational data and visibility, while traditional cabin operation limits safety, efficiency and site awareness.

Our Solution:

Skyline Cockpit is an AI-powered platform for tower cranes that combines real-time operational data and insights with advanced ground-control capabilities. The system connects cameras, sensors and crane data to a software platform that provides visibility into crane utilization, lifting activity and site operations. When ground control is deployed, the crane operator can operate safely from a dedicated ground-based cockpit with enhanced visual awareness. The platform can also be deployed independently as a data and monitoring solution on existing tower cranes.

How it works:

Skyline Cockpit uniquely combines an independent AI and data platform with advanced ground-control capabilities for tower cranes. Unlike solutions tied to specific crane manufacturers or new equipment, our retrofit approach can connect existing crane fleets to real-time operational data, video and analytics, while also enabling operators to work from a ground-based cockpit. This creates a scalable path from crane visibility and performance insights to safer remote operation and, over time, increasingly intelligent crane operations.

An AI-powered crane data platform delivering real-time operational insights and enabling safe ground
