Solution Overview

for

Public owners / contracting authorities, Private developers, Facility managers / asset operators

Buildings still rely on manual, reactive garbage chute maintenance. Waste residue, bacteria, mold and odors accumulate, creating hygiene risks, pest infestations, poor indoor air quality and frequent resident complaints.

Cleaning is costly, labor intensive and performed only periodically, while blockages often become emergencies that disrupt building operations and require expensive repairs.

As cities become denser and sustainability standards become stricter, property owners need a smarter approach. The challenge is to improve hygiene and residentsтАЩ wellbeing while reducing maintenance costs, water and chemical consumption, unnecessary service visits and environmental impact through continuous preventive maintenance.

Our Solution:

RoboChute is the worldтАЩs first autonomous robotic system designed to maintain garbage chutes in residential and commercial buildings. The robot is installed at the top of the chute and operates automatically during off-hours without disrupting residents. It performs regular cleaning, disinfection, odor control, inspections and preventive maintenance while continuously monitoring the chuteтАЩs condition. Using AI, IoT connectivity and proprietary sensors, RoboChute detects blockages, identifies anomalies and can automatically clear most clogs before they become emergencies. Property managers receive real-time alerts, maintenance reports and performance data through a cloud platform. By replacing reactive maintenance with continuous autonomous operation, RoboChute improves hygiene, extends infrastructure lifespan, reduces operating costs, minimizes water and chemical use, and creates healthier, more sustainable buildings.

How it works:

RoboChute transforms garbage chute maintenance from a reactive service into a fully autonomous, preventive process. Unlike traditional solutions that rely on manual cleaning after problems occur, our robot permanently resides inside the building and performs scheduled cleaning, inspections, odor prevention and continuous monitoring without human intervention. Using AI, IoT and proprietary sensing technology, it detects anomalies early and automatically resolves most blockages before they become emergencies. The result is lower operating costs, healthier indoor environments, longer infrastructure life and reduced water, chemical and carbon footprints.
