Poder is a photo-based construction site documentation platform that turns everyday site photos and 360┬░ video scans into an organized, searchable visual record of the site. A site engineer captures photos or a 360┬░ scan in the Poder app, with no extra hardware and no manual data entry. Poder automatically classifies each capture by location, block, unit, and work stage, ending the “photo chaos” scattered across phones and WhatsApp groups. Its computer vision then reads on-site material tags and reconciles them against the project’s Bills of Quantities (BoQs), flagging discrepancies automatically instead of after handover. The output supports daily reporting, progress-payment evidence, and quality and handover verification. With Emlak Konut GYO, this cut unit handover documentation from three hours to ten minutes. How it works:
Poder is different in three ways. First, it is photo-first by design, automatically classifying every capture by location, block, unit, and work stage with no manual data entry and no extra hardware, so documentation happens just by walking the site.
