Our Solution:

NeuBuild is an AI platform for construction and infrastructure projects. It connects to the project’s existing knowledge silos and systems, including schedules, contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, site diaries, emails and other records, without requiring users to change their current way of working. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive source-based answers across the project data. NeuBuild also connects this information to the project schedule, helping teams understand risks, inconsistencies, delays and their potential impact. In addition, recurring checks can be configured to review new information, detect issues and send alerts or reports to relevant team members. The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, depending on the client’s requirements.

How it works:

NeuBuild combines three capabilities that are usually separated: access to fragmented project knowledge, schedule-centered analysis, and proactive project monitoring. Unlike generic AI tools or document search systems, NeuBuild connects answers to their original sources and places the project schedule at the center, linking events, documents and decisions to time and potential delay impact. It works with the client’s existing systems and workflows rather than replacing them. NeuBuild is also evolving from a reactive assistant into an active agent that can perform recurring checks, identify missing or inconsistent information and alert teams before risks become delays.

On a wastewater treatment plant project, NeuBuild works across more than 20,000 project files and tens of gigabytes of data, without requiring the team to change its existing workflows. The platform supports the full project management chain, including the CEO, senior management, PMO, project managers, engineers and document control teams. Each user can ask questions relevant to their role and receive source-based answers across the project information. NeuBuild also helps prepare documents, tables, summaries and draft letters as needed, while connecting the available information to the project schedule and supporting ongoing project control.

A construction delay and scheduling claims consultancy has decided to transition its entire professional team to NeuBuild. For each new case, the team performs an initial review and uploads the full project record to the platform. NeuBuild supports the complete expert-opinion workflow: document classification, identification of material gaps, investigation of events, narrative testing, schedule analysis, cost-model review, and preparation and refinement of the final expert report using the firm’s own templates.
