NeuBuild is an AI platform for construction and infrastructure projects. It connects to the projectтАЩs existing knowledge silos and systems, including schedules, contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, site diaries, emails and other records, without requiring users to change their current way of working. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive source-based answers across the project data. NeuBuild also connects this information to the project schedule, helping teams understand risks, inconsistencies, delays and their potential impact. In addition, recurring checks can be configured to review new information, detect issues and send alerts or reports to relevant team members. The platform can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, depending on the clientтАЩs requirements.

How it works:

NeuBuild combines three capabilities that are usually separated: access to fragmented project knowledge, schedule-centered analysis, and proactive project monitoring. Unlike generic AI tools or document search systems, NeuBuild connects answers to their original sources and places the project schedule at the center, linking events, documents and decisions to time and potential delay impact. It works with the clientтАЩs existing systems and workflows rather than replacing them. A construction delay and scheduling claims consultancy has decided to transition its entire professional team to NeuBuild. For each new case, the team performs an initial review and uploads the full project record to the platform.
