Lebane

AI-powered management platform for construction and real estate companies in Latin America.

Solution Overview

for

Public owners / contracting authorities, Private developers, General contractors

Construction is one of the least digitized industries in the world. Developers and construction companies in Latin America manage budgets, purchasing, contractors, and cash flow across disconnected Excel sheets and WhatsApp chats. This causes cost overruns that are often discovered weeks or months after they happen, duplicate payments, unreliable financial reporting, and hours of manual data entry that pull teams away from actually building. Most generic ERPs are not built for the industry’s specific workflows (budget control by cost code, contractor certifications, dual currency and dual accounting common in Latin America), so adoption fails and companies fall back to Excel.

Our Solution:

Lebane is a web-based, industry-specific management platform for developers, construction companies, and architecture studios. Teams upload their budget (from Excel or their own estimating tool) and manage the full project lifecycle inside one system: purchasing (requisitions тЖТ purchase orders тЖТ payments), contracts and progress certifications with subcontractors, treasury and accounting (including dual-currency and dual-accounting setups common in Argentina and Mexico), client collections, and investor reporting. Every action updates the budget-vs-actual view in real time, with automatic deviation alerts. A WhatsApp-based AI assistant lets field teams create purchase requests or check account status without logging into the platform, and the company is rolling out AI agents for data entry, reporting, and sales analytics.

How it works:

Lebane is built exclusively for real estate development and construction тАФ the whole product, sales, implementation, and support team speaks the industry’s language natively (cost codes, certifications, retainage, cost overrun tracking). It’s the only platform in the market purpose-built for Latin America’s specific accounting complexity: dual currency (local currency + USD), and multi-entity structures (one trust/SPV per project). Lebane also includes a dedicated, hands-on implementation team for every customer, an AI assistant operating over WhatsApp and is launching an embedded payments product that lets customers collect from clients and pay suppliers directly from the platform.

All-in-one financial and operational management platform for developers and builders.
