Solution Overview

for

Public owners / contracting authorities
Large private companies procuring via tender processes (mining, capital groups)

Public and private procurement processes – drafting tender documents, evaluating bids, and monitoring contract execution – are slow, manual and error-prone. Drafting a single tender can take weeks; reviewing bids is done ad hoc with inconsistent criteria; and contract execution is rarely monitored in real time. This creates delays, cost overruns, lack of transparency, and exposes public agencies and companies to legal and reputational risk. In the municipality of Escobar (Argentina), tender drafting used to take 14 days of specialized work.

Our Solution:

Ethix is an AI copilot that supports the full procurement lifecycle: drafting and reviewing tender documents against applicable regulation, analyzing and comparing supplier bids, and tracking contract execution with full traceability of every action taken. It is built on native AI agents operating over a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system trained on each client’s own regulatory framework, historical tenders and institutional documentation. A human-in-the-loop design means Ethix never makes the final decision – it equips procurement teams and legal reviewers with faster, better-documented, auditable analysis.

How it works:

Unlike general-purpose AI assistants, Ethix is trained specifically on procurement law and practice, citing verifiable legal sources instead of generating unsupported text. It combines document drafting, risk/irregularity detection and contract-execution monitoring in a single workflow – most competitors only address one stage (e.g. bid-writing tools serve suppliers, not buyers). Ethix works on the buyer’s side (governments and large private companies), a segment largely underserved in Latin America and Europe. In Escobar, tender drafting dropped from 14 days to 9 minutes, and Ethix has helped flag irregularities in over 68% of processes analyzed.

Drafts, reviews & audits procurement tenders, cutting drafting time from weeks to minutes.
