Team & Organization

Founding team:
Tolga Canozkan and Ozan Kucuk did digitally transform processes, workflows of over 250 engineering and construction projects in 19 countries, mainly EMEA, since 2010. Prior to that they took roles at global companies in digital transformation of telecom, finance, FMCG and manufacturing. By 2020, they figured out that eventhough they use the best tools in the construction and engineering industry, the field is underserved and it is where all the action happens.
Technology providers were serving apps which were not fully understanding the needs of the site operations. In order to fill that gap, Tolga and Ozan, these two electrical engineers, poured all their experience and knowhow into a melting pot and created a Field Collaboration System called Crane which bring all parties in the field processes together in order to make their jobs measurable, controlled and worthy. Ozan holds MS in Computer Science and Tolga holds MBA/MIS from California State University. They have been friends since high school.
