Construction companies spend dozens of hours per tender, during the pre-construction phase, analyzing heterogeneous bid documents (DCE, CCTP, CCAP, DPGF, drawings) and manually writing their technical proposals (“mémoires techniques”). This process is complex, time-consuming, error-prone and inconsistent, and it depends too heavily on individuals, which slows growth, degrades quality and limits their ability to respond effectively to calls for tenders.

Our Solution:

Breek is an AI-augmented SaaS platform that automatically reads, structures and cross-references the written and graphical documents of a tender. It identifies requirements and risks, proposes a technical-proposal outline and personalized content, and automatically reuses the client’s own past content, all while keeping the user in the loop (human-in-the-loop). The result: drastically reduced response time, improved compliance, higher-quality bids and a better win rate.

How it works:

Compared to generalist AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) and tender-specific software (Xait, Tenderbolt, Tenderstrike, JOOC), Breek combines deep construction-sector specialization with proprietary multimodal AI that processes both text and drawings. It relies on a unique dataset co-built through the Kanopée “Pionniers” program, an industry advisory board, and a research partnership with LIRIS-INSA Lyon.
