Solution Overview

Public owners / contracting authorities, Private developers, General contractors
Heavy equipment fleet operators

Construction companies manage fleets composed of equipment from multiple manufacturers and
technologies. Information related to maintenance, fuel, equipment location, and utilization is often
scattered across spreadsheets, different telematics platforms, and manual processes. This fragmentation
makes it difficult to understand actual equipment availability, control operating costs, and make datadriven decisions. In addition, many existing solutions rely on a single hardware provider and fail to leverage
the native telematics available from manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania, John Deere, Komatsu,
and others.

Our Solution:

Bilderit is an end-to-end SaaS platform for managing heavy equipment fleets in construction and
infrastructure projects. It integrates native telematics from major OEMs (such as Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania,
John Deere, Komatsu, and others) and, where native connectivity is unavailable, supports third-party
hardware to collect operational data. The platform combines real-time equipment location, engine hours,
mileage, maintenance, fuel management, rental, inspections, and documentation into a single system. By
consolidating data from multiple manufacturers and operational processes, Bilderit provides a unified view
of fleet performance, automates maintenance planning, improves equipment availability, reduces fuel
waste, and supports data-driven operational decision.

How it works:

Bilderit stands out by combining hardware-agnostic telematics with a complete operational management
platform. Unlike most solutions that rely on a single hardware provider or OEM ecosystem, Bilderit
integrates native telematics from multiple manufacturers (including Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania, John Deere,
Komatsu, and others) while also supporting third-party tracking devices when required. The platform
automatically detects excessive idling, helping customers reduce fuel consumption, emissions, and
unnecessary engine wear. In addition, Bilderit includes a unique Rental Certification module that digitally
validates equipment usage and billable hours, increasing transparency and reducing dis

Heavy equipment lifecycle management and multi-brand telematics

Core technology types:

AI / machine learning, Cloud / SaaS platform
Multi-brand AEMP telematics integration
Key use cases in practice:
Multi-brand fleet management for large construction and infrastructure contractors. Bilderit integrates native OEM telematics (AEMP) from Caterpillar, Volvo, Scania, John Deere, Komatsu, and other manufacturers, complemented with third-party hardware when needed. Customers monitor equipment location, engine hours, fuel consumption, maintenance, and availability from a single platform.
