By developing our own device selection programs and writing all PLC automation software internally, we offer a seamlessly integrated hardware and software approach. Our Solution:

Under our Areca brand, we manufacture 4 patented, highly efficient HVAC units: EAGLE (packaged unit), SPARROW (home comfort), ALBATROS (pool dehumidifier), and PHOENIX (hygienic AHU). Our products are strictly designed to consume significantly less energy than standard HVAC systems, achieving A+ efficiency and revolutionary COP > 1 values. In practice, we provide an end-to-end PropTech solution. We do not just supply hardware; we develop proprietary device selection programs and write all PLC automation software in-house. This allows our devices to integrate seamlessly with building management systems, providing precise control over temperature, humidity, and air quality. Our smart algorithms, like continuous heating during defrost cycles, prevent energy spikes. By merging advanced mechanical design with custom software, we deliver a sustainable and highly cost-effective climate control ecosystem for property managers.

Ultra-Compact Residential Climate Control (SPARROW) We are aggressively scaling our advanced PropTech solutions into the residential sector with our patented SPARROW home air comfort unit. Designed to be the most compact (90 kg) and quietest (<35 dB) in its class, this system consumes significantly less energy than standard residential HVACs. The prototype is now fully developed, tested, and operates on our proprietary smart unit selection software. We are currently preparing for high-volume mass production. To establish our global footprint, we are already preparing to send sample operational units to international partners such as Europe. This strategic move transitions our highly specialized climate technology from a proven prototype into a widely accessible, sustainable, and mass-market solution for modern housing developments.
High-Efficiency Commercial Rooftop Systems (EAGLE) Our patented EAGLE Rooftop units are actively deployed in commercial building projects, delivering A+ energy efficiency and precise climate control. These fully operational packaged units utilize our custom-written PLC automation and smart defrost algorithms to ensure continuous heating without energy spikes, drastically reducing operational costs. Because we design the hardware and write the software entirely in-house, the units seamlessly integrate into large-scale smart building infrastructures. Validating our product’s commercial success, operational reliability, and low energy consumption, these units have already secured a place in Europe Market 2027 product catalog, proving our scalability and the high market demand for our integrated PropTech solutions.

Founding team:
Co-Founder & Lead Engineer: Experienced in HVAC automation, R&D, and software consultancy since the founding of Consapp in 2020. Directs the in-house development of PLC automation software, device selection programs, and patented thermodynamic systems.

R&D & Technical Operations Director: Specializes in advanced mechanical design, thermodynamic analysis, and international project execution (including Canada, UK, and Spain partnerships) from our DEPARK R&D center.

Automation & Software Lead: Oversees the integration of smart building technologies, custom control algorithms, and system integrations for critical environments such as smart hospitals and industrial facilities.
