Enrique Francisco Espinosa was born in Lima, Peru, in 1969. He obtained a Master of Architecture from Cornell University in 1996 and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 1994. He is CEO of EOM Grupo, Peruvian construction and real state conglomerate, the county’s 3rd largest housing producer, having developed over 15,000 units in its 53 years in business.
Mr. Espinosa is actively involved in developing the construction and the housing industry in Peru and Latin America. He serves as vice president of FIIC, the Interamerican Federation of Construction Chambers. He also served as President of CAPECO, the Peruvian Construction Chamber, from 2017 to 2019. During his presidency, he actively lobbied against corruption on the solicitation, procurement, and awarding of public works. Throughout his years at CAPECO, he has also served as Treasurer, President of the Real Estate Committee, and currently serves as Vice President. In the academic realm, he has been an architectural design professor at Universidad Peruana de Las Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) in Lima, Peru, and a visiting professor of landscape architecture at Oklahoma State University.
