The mission of the Confederation of International Contractors’ Associations (CICA) is to serve, promote and enhance the image of the construction industry across the world.

Represent and speak for the construction industry on matters of international concern and provide a forum for fellowship, cooperation and interaction with member federations, linked institutions and international entities.
Encourage the exchange of information and technical knowledge. Promote investment in engineering and building that enhances both our environment and the quality of life for all.
Enhance the image of the construction industry and its positive contribution to the well being of all humanity.
